Thankyou so much for trying to save dollie our lop rabbit. She is now with our cat tabitha both their ashes with us.it was beautiful giving us some of her fur .she is currently under our Xmas tree with her picture in a bubble hung at the top .we will miss dollie thankyou hayley x

Amazing! Giles has been amazing with Taylor and so have all the other vets! Alison on front desk is wonderful however all vets and front desk and carers and assistants are All amazing! What I appreciated most is how caring everybody from reception through to vets are! My cat has an ongoing problem and both Driffield and Bridlington have been wonderful - evey single person at Aldgate have compassion and empathy. Thank you Aldgate.

Every member of staff at Aldgate is incredibly kind, helpful, and caring. My cat isn’t the calmest or easiest to handle, but the whole team takes it in their stride. Even though he doesn’t exactly enjoy his visits to the vet, I always leave feeling reassured and stress-free because of the wonderful care he receives. The vet who saw my Maine Coon for his annual vaccination was absolutely fabulous — calm, patient, and compassionate throughout the entire appointment. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she handled him with such care and found a great way to keep him as relaxed as possible. A special shout-out to the lovely ladies on the front desk, who are always so welcoming and friendly. Even though my cat was a bit nervous, he clearly enjoyed being told how handsome he was and loved all the attention! Thank you, Aldgate team — you’re all fantastic!

Excellent Veterinary service. Staff make you welcome and high standard of care is given to my Great Dane, Nancy who suffers with Arthritis at 8.3 years old.

Excellent care from the whole team. They are always available when needed. Wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend. I know my pet is in excellent hands The vet we saw on the day was amazing. Caring and thorough. Front desk staff were as lovely as ever What I appreciated most is feeling my little one is getting the best care possible from all staff. They do their best to fit you in and nothing is too much trouble

Ruben's care was 2nd to none Lucy was very efficient at diagnosing Ruben's condition & acted quickly to offer suitable treatment I never thought Ruben would be back to his old self so quickly and because he's happy I am happy he is on long-term medication and this will give him the best life possible thank you to the team who have taken great care of him at Aldgate Vets Vet - Lucy Always very calm & reassuring super knowledgeable What I appreciated most is care and compassion received for us both
