I’ve been to Ripon for an emergency visit and to easingwold for “normal” visits! I turned up at Ripon in a fluster (Xmas week and I was in a panic) and over an hour early. The staff made me a cuppa and then the vet saw us early as she saw we were there and swapped her appointments. Great wonderful staff, don’t try to over sell as our previous vets did! Really nice staff at both Ripon and Easingwold thank you ☺️

As always willow and I plus sister Molly was made welcome. Willow was only having a health check but to say Willow was excited to see everyone was an understatement . Dispite Willows excitement the nurse was focussed on Willows health and reassured and answered all of my questions about Willows health. Willow doesn’t need to visit often , but she always remembers she will get lots of cuddles and positive attention and enjoys her visit Always feel our pets health is in safe hands Willow in the pink harness 🐶

Excellent service once again. Gemma is incredibly helpful and her expert handling meant 1 very nervous dog and 1 very excitable puppy were seen, treated and sorted out without any hassle.

With vet nurse Eleanor’s advice and encouragement, my overweight cat Bob has lost 2 and a half kilos . He did it slowly and safely and he’s still speaking to me !

Excellent first full acupuncture treatment for Zebedee, our 19-year old cat. Administered by Helen (nurse) who did a great job, suggested by Simon who is brilliant helping older animals to maintain a good quality of life.
