A cover up in August when they pts a cat from jennys cat house that got severely ill in rescue after just a few weeks and was left for days suffering in rescue without contacting a vet! Zero empathy of the vet who put the cat to sleep refusing to speak to me when the rescue told me they would. The rescue should be ashamed and so should this vets for colluding with them.

Always experience great service at this vets, have recently changed from another practice and the difference in care is incredible. All the staff are friendly and professional, the admin team always make a fuss of my dog and turn what could be a stressful situation into an easy experience.

A cover up 3 months ago when they pts a cat from a nearby cat rescue that got severely ill in rescue after just a few weeks! Zero empathy of the vet refusing to speak to me on the phone after. Have never been here and won't after this.

Arranged with the vets to have an assisted sedation for our very nervous dog for his castration - the team were fantastic. The young male vet was attentive and went slow with our dog. Our dog was treated as an individual case rather than a blanketed ‘drop off and collect at X time’, he can be a bit of a nightmare with his anxiety but the entire team acted in his best interests and let him come home rather than stress him out more in a kennel. I’m used to other vet practices over handling nervous animals and pushing their boundaries but I have only ever had positive experiences with The Gables since transferring to them. I feel like they genuinely care and advise the best treatment for your animals, they also don’t push you into unnecessary add ons, it’s all optional. I cannot thank the team enough for the level of care my animals receive from them, I highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you from myself and Lupin.

Took our rabbit for vaccination, general health check and met the most wonderful vet, Dana. So knowledgeable, helpful and caring. What an angel 😇

They never answer the phone won't be using them if they don't answer the phone in 20 minutes then I think they need more staff
