Fantastic experience attending this vets for gastroscopy clinic. From the first phone call to enquire they were friendly and personable. The initial scope my pony stayed the night before and I felt confident leaving him with them. The vets and vet nurses were knowledgeable and approachable. I didnt feel any pressure regarding treatment options and I felt they were helpful in creating a treatment programme to suit my pony. Also a quick reply to a few follow up question I had the following day. On second scope, amazing improvement. Grading going from severe to grade 1! Service level exceptional once again. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

I can’t recommend Katherine and Pol highly enough for the care they have given our ponies. We have one who isn’t keen on vets and I had been stressing about vaccination day and today Katherine came and carried out the vaccination in a way that meant absolutely zero stress for anyone! It is such a relief to have these amazing vets who I trust and who are not only fabulous with the horses but with me as an anxious owner. Pol is kind and explains everything so clearly but also firm which is the perfect mix for our equines and me! 😊 We are grateful to have such talented vets who I feel go above and beyond in their care. I was recommended to Pol Avril-Casellas to see a horse that was very lame. Pol was very professional and we discussed a plan of treatment . I followed his rehab program and I now have the most wonderful fit sound horse.I am extremely grateful to Pol and would highly recommend.

We have only been with minster the last 6 months but they are fantastic. Pol is my favourite and full of useful information, the reception team on the phone are so helpful and attentive. Iam new to the practice. I've had Katherine and her student out to our yard. I just wanted to pass on how amazing she was with our horses. They had teeth checked and vaccinations. She was so kind and gentle. She was so knowledgeable and I was so pleased how calm the horses were with her. I have been with Minster for just over a year now and they have never let me down, from the routine vaccinations (which are included on their amazing value health plans) to slightly more urgent calls, they have always been there when I needed them, I have three horses of varying ages, my oldest being 31 and they are all treated as individuals, when we can, we make our appointments with Pol, he is a knowledge bubble and adores my old girl, no question is ever too much and you never get the feeling that you’re being an inconvenience. The other vets I’ve spoken to/seen are excellent too and would trust each and everyone of them. The reception team are kind, understanding and go above and beyond for my horses and myself! I recommend Minster to anyone who asks and cannot fault them in anyway. Top team, thanks guys, you’re all great! X
