Well my poor dog! Couldn't even get any advice apart from we were very unwelcome! Almost shouted at us, NO WALKINS were the emergency care if u can't walk in??? Absolutely disgusted! Other vets couldn't believe they turned us away! Stating the apparent emergency care!! Never go here unless ur prepared to be judged by a pin head receptionist

Care was excellent. The vet was knowledgeable and took time to explain. I do not know the names of the reception staff who were working on Saturday or the vet, but all three team members went above and beyond to ensure I could make my dog comfortable and resolve the problem. I cannot thank them enough. What I appreciated most is being listened to and treated with respect and receiving the right help and support in a timely manner.

Excellent We where impressed with all staff we met and spoke to about Masies care. Shes feeling back to her crazy self so thank you all so very much. The care for Maisey, didn't make us feel she was just another dog so felt comfortable leaving her in your care.

If anyone is looking for a veterinary practice to take their pet look no further than this practice, as our Cat was ill and my vets didn't have an overnight facility, and we got booked in here every step of the way they phoned us each day with an update. All the staff are very caring, she was diagnosed with diabetes and from them explaining everything to us. To showing us how to inject her with insulin we felt at a difficult time to take a lot in they had our back's and no question was a stupid question. Thank you so much to everyone involved in Tilly's care!

The care we received was excellent and helped us save Scuttles life Lucy Butler she was very reassuring and helpful during our visit. She made a stressful situation manageable and saved my parrots life. I am forever greatful for the work she did and the help and advice she gave. Scuttle has improved drastically since bringing her home and is almost back to her old self. What I appreciated most is how you were able to take care of my parrot and stop her bleeding. Although there was not an avian vet on site, you worked with one over the phone to save her life.

First visit since the 1950s town opened, absolutely brilliant, intended to look round the whole museum but spent all day in this part. Fantastic, loved every bit. Also Beamish staff, nicest people ever.
