Got my dog checked out and the lady went “well it's fat" which I thought was rude and then went on to say she gives her dog a carrot every morning...didn't ask but ok

Best Vet i have ever met! The doctor had so much love and compassion for my 2 boys, they are terrified of vets AND of men. The Vet was such an amazing Man that my babies left happy and wagging after their first visit despite getting vaccinations! He gave them time and understanding, they gave him kisses and paws 🖤 I would 100% recommand. You just know those people do their job out of love for animals, rather than pure income.

I'm in your pet club so appreciate savings on the routine. Care is good and in this case my visit was follow up after an op on my dogs grazed leg which was included in the original treatment cost. Parking is available on the road outside with a public car park nearby and emergency out of hours cover seems readily available, although I didn't use this. I've just moved house so am new to this practice. Care meets the standards I have become used to. Cannot comment about cost relative to other vets, but the care is first rate, as are the facilities.
